Epic Photo Battle!

Gaiman has been alright in my eyes.

Good Omens was great (though I'm sure we can partly thank Pratchett for that).

Neverwhere was a great series, and American Gods was pretty excellent.

His Graphic Novels seem to be hit and miss though.

So I'm always wary.

i liked the idea of a graphic novelization of neverwhere but i guess it's one of those things that you really can't buy into completely after reading the book (never saw the mini-series) because you get such clear mental pictures of those characters and places gaiman created that it's really hard to follow anyone else's interpretation

You can get the DVD for the TV mini-series for about 14 bucks used.

More than worth it.

Man, see, I loved the comic's interpretation of most of the characters, particularly Vandemar & Croup. In fact, if I can find a big dude who doesn't mind wearing an orange suit and an Elvis wig, I might try to go to a Halloween party as Croup.

Were I in proximity, I'd go for that. And I wouldn't even need the wig. Just the orange suit.

The epic photo battle has been removed due to mass incompetence on the side of our potential audience.
