Today is the day in which bombastic grandiose overthetop female vocal fellatio is just what the doctor ordered. Yea, I know most people here are not comfortable with their sexuality to listen to anything that is short of audiogenic savagery. I for one will take two teaspoons of symphonic dutch kickassery and call you all in the morning.

Does it now? I only heard the two tracks and enjoyed them thoroughly. Re-listening to these Epica tracks to see if I my ears were deceiving me.

Edit- Greg, I'm enjoying the fuck out of Dance of Fate. But the fact that I value your opinion now leaves me with doubts.

Edit Part Deux- Listening to After Forever. I think I've over exposed myself to this genre in the past 2 hours. I've had my yearly fill so to speak.

Epica is good live, but sometimes a bit boring on CD. You might check out (as Greg said) After Forever and Kamelot if you dig them though, I personally like both better than Epica.
My friend always said the reason Epica has very few solos is because all of the band members have to stare at Simone every night on tour, and thats distracting enough.
