EPICA lead singer, Simone Simons who was recently infected with Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA), also known as the hospital bacteria has issued the following update: "One of the four tests was positive and we all decided that we shouldn't take any risks regarding my health and that Amanda [Somerville] should replace me [for the upcoming North American tour].
