Nope. US version is typical jewel box. Deluxe version from Germany is oversized digibook.

Sir Exar Kun... my suggestion (this is what I'm going to do and is what I did with the Classical Conspiracy CD which oddly left off one of the best tracks - Pirates of the Caribbean): Buy the regular CD from Ken then buy the missing bonus track from Amazon or iTunes when it becomes available. That only increases your cost by about $1 and you'll then have all the tracks.
