Such a dirty loud mix. I have been listening to them a lot lately. I think the production really makes the album that much better. Any thoughts?

+1 to the drums, when I popped this jank in the CD player I was not disappointed. The guitars could be better, sure, but I think they rock anyway.

I'm pretty sure the sludgy guitars on this record are intentional. I've spent too much of my life listening to engineers' idea of "good" guitar tones, I want something with some character!

which is why I love the album. Everything from the guitar sludge to the nasty pumping adds to the complete down right grossness of the album. I love it.
