This is by far the best mutator for UT out there. 3.0 obviously makes all the vehicles excessive now, too. The raptor is two-seater, with the second seat one of the turrets from the levi. The scorp is also two-seat, with the second seat a minigun turret. Not a lot different with the bender, tank, manta, levi, other than they're just faster and stronger.
The weapons start off now less powerful than 2.0, but to make them more powerful you have to pickup weapon upgrades that are dropped by people who are fragged.
Spider mines are stealth when not moving, the grenades from the gren launcher explode on impact of anything, and the sniper rifle's shots are explosive. Not much change to the AVRiL.
