Paroxysm is a powerful and groovy Death Metal band from Montreal, Canada. Formed in 1996, the band has just released its latest album entitled Revelation is Denied. You can expect an extreme Death Metal sound blending North American and European influences, brutal, technical and uncompromising!
Revelation is Denied was produced and engineered by Jean-Philippe Latour (known for his work with Obscursis Romancia), the albums artwork and Paroxysms webdesign are the creation of François Quévillon who also works with Cryptopsy, Trance of Mine and Pure Sweet Hell. Flo Mounier (Cryptopsys drummer) made an appearance as a back vocalist on the album and Miguel Roy (ex-Cryptopsy, now in ~E()) composed the introduction Golden Panoramas and the outro.
