Faderhead - 360° stage panorama

We played a show at the Agra Halle in Leipzig 2 weeks ago and I had the idea to take a 360 degree panorama shot on stage.

That's very difficult. We had to bring the photographer up on stage during the set, so anything that takes longer than a minute or two will disturb the actual concert ...

Also, I wanted me and the other guys clearly in the shot. If the cam was high up, you'd see us from up top and not from a perspective like as if you are in the band (which was the general idea)

I found out who the Manson-lookalike is! I actually know the guy. He's a DJ from Italy who goes by the name of DJ Chemnitz. I once accidentally told a girl to stay around me so that I don't have to talk to him, just to find out that she was his girlfriend, haha

Nice! I first saw a similar picture in a PC encyclopaedia when I was a kid. It was of the pyramids in Egypt and I was so amazed that I could look around as if I'm there

Awesome! The stage and especially AGRA hall were huge as fuck (at least for what I have worked on until now). Been there with "Die Vorboten" and we played on Monday.

BlackSA: we were the only band on Saturday who completely packed it from side to side! I was very happy with the turnout

GuitarGuy: we brought in a panorama specialist who came on stage during a song and brought his special tripod etc ...
