FAK Track Confusions??

I was noticing that when I put my For All Kings CD (Nuclear Blast Version w/jewel case) in iTunes it shows 13 tracks:

1. Impaled
2. You Gotta Believe
3. Monster at the End
4. For All Kings
5. Breathing Lightning
6. Breathing Out
7. Suzerain
8. Evil Twin
9. Blood Eagle Wings
10. Defend/Avenge
11. All of Them Thieves
12. This Battle Chose Us!
13. Zero Tolerance

Now on the track listing on back of the jewel case, it omits "Impaled" and "Breathing Out". Now with the iTunes download of FAK, tracks 1 and 2 are combined into ONE track and 5 and 6 are combined into ONE track. I actually prefer that rather than having intros and outros as separate tracks. That would really sound messed up if you had it on shuffle play! Anyways I was wondering if the US version with the digi-pak was any different from my version from Nuclear Blast?

Have a feeling that breathing out is the outro,don't know why it would be labelled

The Gracenote feature picked the wrong version. It happened to me too. I had to delete the file. And do it over picking the other option it had.

Same for me listening in the car, I did a double take the first time I saw Breathing Out come up on the CD player, then saw Impaled showed up too.
