Dear Mister Brent Web Overlord.

I joined the CDC fan Club but stupidly put in my incorrect billing address. So I contact Clique support twice to rectify - no reply. So seeing as you are in control of the CDC control room HQ central - um ... yer ... can you PM me and I can clear this up.

Worried my little good of Thrax goodies will get delivered to teh incorrect address.

Actually, the only way to fix the problem is to fill this out:

And that's probably what you already did. The CDC is ran by some company. Brent doesn't work for them. I don't know what else to say except I'll forward this thread to Brent in case I'm wrong.

Yer I have pestered Brent enough (sorry dude). I filled that support form expecting a confirmation email with a ticket ID number. Guess wot? After doing this twice I still haven't received zippo.

Doesn't give me a great deal of confidence ... lets hope its just a hiccup and doesn't affect the overall quality of the fan club.
