Royal Carnage forum likes beer. What kind if you get to choose? Oh ya, and please be more specific if you like, I know that there are about 3000 styles of ales and stouts but I tried thinking of most of the basic types. GO

Huhu, I've only ever drunk one rauchbier and I thought it was cool. Pretty nice to just have one, I can imagine what a nightmare it must be to be drunk on that stuff though. :dopey:

This was the one I drank:

...and I enjoyed it!

stout, by a longshot. and i drink the super dark shit, stuff like murphy's and guiness is like bud light to me. porters are good too, but they generally have too much going on for me. stouts are simple and i appreciate their direct flavoUr.

during the hotter weather though, no way. i like a nice crisp ipa or maybe a room temperature belgian ohhhhhhhhhh man that sounds really good right about now.

not a huge fan of pilsners and lighter lagers i'm back and forth on. beck's is some good shit, but heineineinkeikniken blows.

You like Beck's? Has a "really cheap, really shit" image in my head. It's kinda like Germany's Bud Light :p
it's a decent lager, like st. pauli's girl. i mean light lagers are pretty thin and lifeless, but some can be refreshing. grolsch too. FUCKING GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLSCH!!!!!!!111111111raaaarrr

oh yeah, how come i'm the only one that ever talks about ipa? do euronigs get such beer? i mean them shitz were invented by england but honestly i only ever see american breweries doing them.

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hops........

wheat as the fave ... butlike all kinds except really dark ones ... at your avatar lizard

A really flavorful Hefe-weizen is probably my favorite (the Paulaner Beer Garden at Wacken 2003 absolutely ruled on such phenominally hot days!).

When I'm not in the mood for a heavy beer, a really good pilsner hits the spot and makes the gut. (Pilsener Urquell, Radeberger, etc.).

I don't know anything about beer, but I like those ones in fancy bottles that say they are from Belgium and "triple filtered" or some such, so clue me in.
