honestly, i cant stand Beethoven Mozart,but Bach just passes. His fugue's are great.

My favorites at the moment are Stravinsky, especially Rite of Spring ( which I am currently trying to apply to my music;the offbeat accents, percussive Dissonance etc) Penderecki, Rachmaninoff and Prokofiev

Wow... considering that Beethoven and Mozart are the greatest composers... wow. Have you listened to Beethoven's string quartets? Especially the later ones? Or the Hammerklavier sonata? That might help change your mind. Stravinsky himself disliked Beethoven for a long time, then later in life he realized how awesome Beethoven was. So don't feel bad... even genius' make mistakes at times.

As far as Beethoven symphonies go, I prefer his seventh.

My favorite *movement* is probably Romance from Chopin's Piano Concerto no. 1. That is, when it's played well.
