Ok so i have PTHD9 that i can supply on a (old style green) ilok that you can sync to your account (or i can do an ilok licence transfer) with box and DVD's
That you dont need HD hardware to use and it will give you full HD CPTK2 functionality from your ASIO/Core Audio hardware.
Its actually a license bundle containing licenses for PT8HD PT9 and PT9HD all in one bundle.

FYI there is no software ownership transfer with Avid you just get the ilok/licenses and box/media
Usually the only way to get an HD version is to Own HD hardware but ive dont the hard bit for you.
