Fielding for interest: Laney VH100R

Would anyone be interested in buying my Laney VH100R? It's in good condition. Little tolex scratches on the top, but it isn't too bad.

EL34's - JJ's throughout the preamp and power section.

Would probably want around £700, but will consider offers. I'm based in London.

now i remember, you are the few the has a vh100r in this forum ....this amp is a fuckin beast miced up, change the tubes to 6l6 stick a ts7 in front. i have a gh50l changed to 6l6 saw a big difference and i also used a palmer since i dont have the luxury of micing the damn thing ..dont sell it! i know you want to get the axefx.....anyway a little sample with the palmer

That does sound pretty good mate

I've thought about getting 6L6's put into it. Maybe I'll do that before I sell it - see how it sounds.

I changed the EL34's to 6l6's in mine. Not different to EL34's really, just a bit smoother and bassier. Sounds better in the room, but under the mic I'm not actually sure.

for me it has a beefier tone to it i cant explain it i just like it better with 6l6.... more ballzzz
