FIGHT OR FLIGHT, featuring Dan Donegan, guitarist for multi-platinum Grammy-nominated hard rock band DISTURBED, will release their debut album, A Life By Design?, on July 23rd via Warner Bros. Records.
The first single from the album, 'First Of The Last', hit radio on May 21st. The band have now released a video for the track:
