What are some really good film soundtracks?

Right now I'm really enjoying the soundtrack to Barry Lyndon.

Fight Club is definitely a good one. Air's soundtrack for The Virgin Suicides is also good. I generally only listen to soundtracks where the music was actually composed for the movie rather than a random collection of songs by various artists.

Movies have always had some great music. Many people have made a good living doing soundtracks.

Baraka - really good world music featuring Dead Can Dance.
The Boys - Done by an Australian band called The Necks, really dark improvised jazz stuff.
Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas - Good selection of 60s and 70s stuff which includes White Rabbit by Jefferson Airplane which is just an awesome song.
Any David Lynch film - Lost Highway in particular has a really good sountrack with a great mix of darkish stuff including David Bowie and Rammstein.

The Village's score is fucking AMAZING. I like a lot of the cheesy Zimmer kind of stuff too.

The Crow
The Crow II
Mortal Kombat
Lost Highway

These are more like great soundtracks from back in the day. I popped in the Mortal Kombat soundtrack a few weeks ago & I couldn't make it past the 4th song... Still a suitable soundtrack though.

American Beauty
Donnie Darko
Star Trek VI - The Undiscovered Country
War of the Worlds
The Shawshank Redemption
Powaqqatsi
Road to Perdition

Some of my favorites at the moment.
