I've posted clips of a song from this release a few months back.
Not really metal, but I'm proud of the work. This was recorded "live" with the only overdubs being backing vocals. Band all in one room, vocalist in the booth, but pumped to the live room through loudspeakers.
Had to deal with a lot of bleed and stuff, so for me it was a bit of a challenge.
Not real happy with the guitar tones, but like I said, tracked live (and I wasn't there)...
The only thing that really bugs me about the mix is that the band wanted the guitars a little louder than I would have taken them, and they dominate a little too much for my tastes.
