Seeing Dave publicly getting the respect and credit he deserves like this was a good start on Christmas for me. Hearing Metallica fans chant "Dave!" when he came out was amazing after all this time. Enjoy!

his clinging onto the times he spent in metallica ages ago is what makes me feel sorry for him. from what i've seen in interviews and such it looks like the guy never moved on and considering his achievements, it's pretty sad and also a bit creepy.

still don't feel sorry for him, just gives me the feeling that he's a quite strange person. just get over it. whatever, really sad is that dave plays all these songs better than kirk and he's been playing this stuff for 30 years now

I think the reason Dave is still bitter about the whole thing is because it's like playing the same fucking lottery ticket numbers every week and then forgetting to play them the one time they come up. I don't care how successful Megadeth is, compared to Metallica's success it's nothing. I would be bitter for life too if I could've been living the life the guys in Metallica get to live.
