Finding Neverland

It's about JM Barrie and his relationship with a widow and her four boys who were the inspiration for his play Peter Pan. Now that didn't exactly grab me either, but the reviews were so good, and it does star Johnny Depp, so I thought it would be worth a look. And it was awesome. The odd thing is that I can't tell you exactly why it was awesome... it just was. Mark says it's because it's troo. I think maybe he's right. :)

Hit yourself in the head with a brick every five minutes, you'll see enough explosions in front of your eyes to make it through ;)

We've figured out that you don't like decent movies, Spawn, so you probably should just give up watching any motion picture-type thing from now on.

Well, we dont all hold dinner parties where we discuss the latest happenings from the stock market, laugh haughtily at wicked double entendres while we eat our flambe chicken and discuss that oh so wonderful Hayden Christianson.

He should win an oscar you know.

I don't think he should win an Oscar. And I don't eat flambe chicken and couldn't care less about the stock market or holding dinner parties. My wicked double entendres *are* delightful, though.

All ze amusink jokes about ze breakink of ze vind!

Explosions or not, I think I'll go and see Finding Neverland if I get the chance. It's got Johnny Depp in it after all, and unless we're talking about Cry Baby or 21 Jump Street, that's a good thing.

I never hold dinner parties, I try not to discuss Hayden Christiansen if I can possibly avoid it and I know flip all about the stock market even though I have shares in a handful of companies.

Wicked double entendres are always good, and I wouldn't be averse to a big helping of flambe chicken either.

I never said petrol wasn't a possible ingredient :) though I'd have thought all that oil would make it handsomely combustible.

The oil is pretty hard to set on fire, it takes me a good 5 minutes of fucking around with the heating elements to get it going.

The movie I most want to see is Hero, a Chinese or Hong Kong film (can't remember which). Is at the cinema now, and looks rather awesome. Got great reviews on the Movie Show the other night.
