Has anyone had any experience with their custom shop?

They made a 9 string for Matt Pike from High On Fire and Tom Searle from Architects plays one in this clip (0:25).

Haha, I don't know if they still make it but I bought a $45 acoustic guitar from them when I was like 16. Talk about you get what you pay for. That thing wouldn't stay anywhere close to in tune within a minute of playing it.
