I fixed this up a bit and think its a lot better http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6731071/tcfr.mp3 some helpfull criticism would be nice though.

There's not enough air in the track. Things need a bit more treble, like the guitars. Could be a better song if you get the production more up to scratch. What are you using? It's helpful to post this sort of information when you post the mix. I think it has the potential to sound a lot better with even just a few minor tweaks. Not a fan of the screamer, you could put some subtle distortion/saturation and a little bit of reverb or delay on them to touch them up.

Give the guitars a bit more presence man but the mid-range is sounding okay. http://www.faderwear.com/guides/ read this for drums.
