First single film clip - pop punk mixed by steve evetts

Pop punk band my partner manages and produced. I didn't have a finger in this one but I think the team did a great job. This is the first I've heard of steves mixes but unfortunately I'm on the road and only have YouTube and my iPhone My partner engineered it with a friends help and handled the production.



And here's a song from a quick ep we threw together for them late last year where we co engineered/he produced/co mixed.

I generally like this style of music and it starts really cool with the guitar melody over the chords ... but then it looses all the catchyness with an overly repetitive verse and a non-hook chorus. Sorry. I really wanted to like this in the beginning :/

I do like that they left some of the drums unquantized.

EDIT: The EP-song you guys produced is much catchier ...
