Yeah, this may seem childish or whatever, but we need as many people as we can on the newsboard at the Nevermoure site to raise hell. Those people there are a waste of perfectly good sperm and egg cells. I reckon we could force them to change their name if we get enough people bitching to them about it.

Yes, it would be cool. I mean, I agree its not the most mature thing to do, but Nevermoure (or their fans) aren't the most mature people either.

I'm just gonna send them an email, not a nasty one, but a reasonable one telling them that they should change their name, and nothing good can come of them if they keep "Nevermoure". Think of all the poor fans! Going down to see Nevermore, cause they heard they were playing, and getting Nevermoure instead! The terror!

You guys should consider how that might reflect on the real Nevermore. Do you guys think Nevermore & co really want to have their good name and reputation put in danger because their fans are doing something as immature as flooding another bands website and demanding they change their name?
I think a more logical approach would be something like Doommaker's idea. Send them a rational, polite e-mail informing them of NEVERMORE and maybe suggesting a name change may be for the better of their band. As much as you hate them or their music or whatever (I know I sure do), it never does anyone any good to make a jackass out of themself.

Yes,that would be terrible...but think how funny it would be if a Nevermoure fan went to a NEVERMORE show by mistake.Several 13yr.old blonde girls w/pigtails and teddy bear backpacks,wearing Old Navy t-shirts and hipster jeans show up to a club expecting to see their pop "heartthrobs".Then the lights hit the stage and the see Warrel,Jim,Jeff and Van instead of...those other guys whatever the hell their names are...And they get the shock of their lives.Then they either a)stay and watch Nevermore and realize what good music they've been missing or(since that doesn't have a chance in hell of happening) b)they run out of the place screaming and seeking sanctuary in the Gap.
