Flying Colors

Anybody hear the new project with Mike Portnoy, Steve Morse, Neal Morse, Dave LaRue and Casey McPherson? I got my pre-ordered package yesterday and it's phenomenal music. Wow. It's like slightly poppy prog-alt rock and the music is just incredible. Apparently they made it in only 9 days, too. Absolutely amazing.

Highly recommend this album to everybody. Sonata Arctica will have quite a bit of competition from this for album of the year (assuming SA will blow me away as usual). Standout tracks for me are Blue Ocean, Shoulda Woulda Coulda and The Storm.

Hadn't even heard of it, let alone heard it! Will have to try and check it out.

Definitely give it a listen! It's pretty funky at times. The Storm could be a radio hit easily.
