I decided to make separate thread about this - I think the story and the people behind it deserve it.
Well to get to the point it is about some guys from Slovakia who traveled 20 hours on different trains to get to Poland (Hunterfest/Szczytno) where Testament was playing to:
- see the show
- bring them a special gift which was ... absolutely fabulous Formation of Damnation cake
here goes the pic:
You also have to consider how difficult it was to make it with this cake at this temperatures we have here now.
Those guys were using any refrigirators in any restaurnats they could find on their way just to cool it a bit.
But they made it, and when we let the organizers of the festival know about their case they were taken to meet the band and hand in their gift personaly, which was a great end of the day for them. The band loved the cake too - everybody was taking pics of it.
Kamil, if you are reading this as ... you know I got plenty of pics of you guys with the band taken backstage so just PM or mail me with your mail and I will send you all of them.
Also - if you allow me - I can post some of them in this thread
