FOO FIGHTERS surprised fans earlier tonight (Thursday, June 14) during their performance at Florence, Italy's legendary Firenze Rocks festival by bringing out GUNS N' ROSES members Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan. The rock legends joined forces to perform a larger-than-life rendition of the GN'R classic "It's So Easy". GUNS N' ROSES will play a full set at Firenze Rocks tomorrow (Friday, June 15). After one of the first shows on GUNS N' ROSES' "Not In This Lifetime" tour in April 2016, Rose tweeted his gratitude, crammed full of emoji and exclamation points, at Grohl, who lent the then-injured GN'R singer the throne he had used on a FOO FIGHTERS tour one year earlier. Grohl joined GUNS N' ROSES on stage last November at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma to perform the song "Paradise City". GUNS N' ROSES is currently on the road playing 27 dates through the end of the year, and will close 2018 in Johannesburg, South Africa on November 29. The "Not In This Lifetime" tour features classic lineup members Slash, McKagan and Rose backed by guitarist Richard Fortus, drummer Frank Ferrer, keyboardist Dizzy Reed and new second keyboardist Melissa Reese.
