Download getright. Copy the url of the file (http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/35/ ) After installing getright, right click on the icon in your system tray and go to "Enter new url for download" Put the url in there and save it somewhere. It will download and tell you it is a webpage, then say open webpage using getright browser. It will open it and then you look for footy.swf. Download that. That is the file you are looking for. You can open it with a webbrowser or if you have flash player you can use that.
