For those of you who might be wondering WTF? Canada's telecom/radio/TV regulator had to do an embarrasing backtrack after their recent decision to allow the two major ISPs in Canada to drop monthly bandwidth limits for resellers (to which I subscribe) to 25gigs per month and then charge $2.00 per gig afterword. This ruling ignited a public firestorm, and even had over 400,000 signatures on an online petition. That's pretty impressive in a country of 33 million.
Basically, Netflix came to Canada, & the major ISPs are trying to run it out of business, because they not only own the ISPs, but they own the cable & satellite networks.
