There's a not-so-fine line that was definately crossed in this case. I consider myself liberal, but jeez, two pending felonies and a motion to revoke and this bastard is still on the street to rob someone at gunpoint and kill a cop during a pursuit? That's not liberal, it's stupid. The judges need to be held accountable. Oh and the media bashing the police for the pursuit? Check this out... If the criminals don't commit the crime, there's no pursuit. If the criminals don't run after committing the crime, there's no pursuit. If the criminals go through with the previous actions, here needs to be a pursuit. There needs to be arrests. There needs to be JAILTIME. If this guy has two former felonies and then commits an armed robbery that eventually results in a death, doesn't that fall under the three strikes rule? Put that bastard away forever.

But that's just the opinion of a liberal in Los Angeles... What the hell do I know?

We had one of those so called liberal activist judges letting all kinds of felons walk on probation. Mugging 72yr old men, rape, robbery etc.. a 14yr old girl got raped and the judge said in the courtroom, "she's 14, she got raped, she'll get over it"

He finally got removed from criminal cases after every cop in the county blasted him. No one deserves a second chance if they commit a violent crime, it should be bye bye for a while.
