ok... i have been looking everywhere but i can't find anything that mentions the engineers/producers who worked on the new "forever the sickest kids" self title release.

i know that matt mahaffey (from self) co-produced their first record. and that sounded great but this new record... sounds in-cred-i-ble!

just wondering if anyone had any ideas on the production? (who/what/when/where)? :)

new album

thanks for the help!

i thought so... but i didn't want to be presumptuous by assuming the obvious... and there is really no write-up about bendeth, which is strange! =\

you are right though: production

it's weird that umg released the record 6 months after production was completed. that's an unusual turn around time for universal.

anyways, thanks again! ;)

not really new... they came out with their first major label release in '08... but a friend told me about them recently because i love sugary pop/rock!

i bought the new album on itunes a couple of days ago and i can't stop listening to it! (like with most bendeth productions)... even if the music is not all that great, he still manages to compel me with entertaining productions.

David Bendeth did it (100%sure about it, everyone following David on twitter will understand)

I just heard this properly at the studio and I actually hate how much boomy that kick is, it's distortign the whole mix, actually the mix is distorting heavily throughout... could be youtube though!

Off topic, but I went to a festival a while back and these guys were playing the stage next to me.
SO FUCKING GOOD LIVE.
To the point I thought it was a cd and I looked over and BAM.

Never really listened to their music though.

the youtube audio sucks (as always) ...but this song is mixed differently on the record.

LOVE these songs!!! :yow:

i've never heard them live but i just got passes to the sf, ca show at the regency ballroom.

can't wait to hear these dudes live.

Just wanted to bump this thread because I LOVED the music on that teaser, then I went to check the album on Spotify.

Wtf is this ...

Just had a listen to the whole album.... it sucks, for me, I think it's horrible... that last song is the best which is the song of that teaser, but I prefer it 1000000x without vocals
