Holy out of tune guitars, your majesty!

Seriously, what's up with that? Anyone know whether that was the band's "artistic" decision, or everyone at their camp is tone-deaf?

Their music is very decent though.

Too bad I'm listening to this on ipod headphones, I can't tell but it sounds okay, I guess the guitars do sound weird but with the headphones I have now I hear nothing but drums.

Could be the fact I just woke up, but I don't hear anything wrote with this 45 seconds into listening to it.

I think it's intonation differences depending on the fret positions rather than all-out improper tuning. On the low open notes especially you can hear it's fine more or less.

Don't know, guys. The whole thing sounded wrong to me from the start. Guitars go flat very prominently on the harmonised bits, and all the riffage sounds odd. I wouldn't allow such production unless they paid me, like, 10 000 bux.
