The singer had previously worked with El Puerto on the two albums from his SAINTED SINNERS project. El Puerto label boss Torsten Ihlenfeld commented: "[It is] great to work with David again. Reece released an amazing album lately, followed by a great tour and extensive live activities, but looking at what is on the recording machines right now, this was just the beginning of something big to come. We are stoked to the max and can't wait to bring this masterpiece to life!" Reece's latest solo album, "Resilient Heart", was released last November through Mighty Music. By the end of 1989, ACCEPT had hung it up. Reece has also played with BONFIRE and BANGALORE CHOIR.
