After many metal years under his belt, guitarist Shawn McCoy of the Raleigh, North Carolina-based underground legends CONFESSOR has decided to quit playing metal and write some music "for his soul." He describes the material as "very experimental" with a "Middle Eastern feel" and "somewhat psychadelic."
