I'm mostly impressed by how much punishment her throat can take - she can instantly switch into growls and squeals then goes back to a flawless "ooh monsieur" voice without so much as an *ahem* or cough, compared to many black/death/etc vocalists whose normal voices sound increasingly gravelly and who needs to hock a massive loogie (lugie?) after every song.
