Frost and Fire vs. King of the Dead

Both classic albums, there's no doubt about that. However, King of the Dead stands above. It's a much darker and heavier album that really showed the strengths of all the players in Cirith Ungol. "Master of the Pit" alone makes KotD the better of the two, that solo is just unbelievable.

King of the Dead for sure. Although Frost and Fire is a great album, I much prefer the actual "heavy metal" sound of King of the Dead, compared to the rockish sound of Frost and Fire.
