I've had this thing for a few years, but just scaled back my recording rig and don't have a need for this anymore. I've used it both in vox/acoustic gtr recording, and even as a live vocal strip both times worked very well. This thing excels at any sort of naration/speech/broadcast situation as well. This has lived it's life in a rack, and is perfect working condition. I don't have the original box or manual (PDF is available online), but power supply is included.
This is a mono preamp, so the SPDIF digital output is the same mono signal on both L&R of the digital signal. Here's a quick rundown of specs:
