FS: Boss GT-8

I used this for adding a clean channel and FX to my 5150 via the "4 cable method," but I'm no longer using a pristinely clean tone and like having the smaller footprint of the Peavey footswitch on stage. If you have a 5150 and you're looking to give it an awesome clean tone + a ton of FX for live use, then this is the perfect pedal to do so, as even the modelled TS pedals are more than good enough to justify leaving your Maxon/Ibanez at home.

It's in great condition aside from some scuffing on the bottom, and I only gigged with it 3-4 times. Otherwise, it's sat unused on a shelf for the majority of the time I've had it. Includes original PSU and I believe I have the manual lying around somewhere.

I'm looking to get $225 shipped in the CONUS, $200 + exact shipping elsewhere. Not open to trades on this one.

Did you have to rig a special cable to get it to change channels on your 5150? Were you using it to change the channels on your your 5150?

I didn't but it's entirely possible to do it that way - requires an extra 1/4" cable and a special shunt cable adapter that you can make as per the instructions in this post.

OT: i have a gt-8, did you experience the 5150 tone got affected thru the 4 cable method?

A bit, but not enough to make me really care. The 5150 FX loop sucks anyways, so putting anything in it is going to change your tone.
