Title says it all guys. This is my final gear blow out before I leave for Afghanistan. Grab this stuff while you can, I can't ship anything out after August 20th.
Paypal only, and no 'gifting' the money. Shipping cost will be 'actual' cost based on weight and location. I don't rip people off on shipping, I get it as close as I can using the online calculators.
I ship anywhere in the world so long as the paypal address is verified and the money clears into my account. Be warned that international shipping has been very slow lately, and a lot of the stuff I've sent out to peeps on here has sat at customs for weeks at a time.
Everything is as-is. If it breaks during shipping, take it up with the postal insurance. I have sold a ton of stuff on here over the years and haven't had any bad experiences yet, so buy with confidence.
Pics will be added within the next 24 hours.
Edit- Don't be afraid to make me an offer on anything, I'm a reasonable guy.
'Custom' Ibanez MMM1 Baritone- SOLD
I completley redid this axe from the ground up. I am the original owner(bought it back in 2005), and did all the work myself. Here is what I added- SD LiveWire Metal in the bridge, SD LiveWire classic in the neck, gunmetal 3 way selector switch, single black knurled volume knob, stereo output jack(for the active pickups), Tone Pro's long travel locking Tune-O-Matic bridge with Graph Tech saddles(awesome saddles!), GraphTech nut(cut for baritone strings), and Groover Auto Lock Rotomatics(502BC) in black chrome.
The paint is nitro lacquer, black satin, but it's not completely flat, it still has some gloss to it. I did a pretty decent job on the paint, but it has it's imperfections which I won't try and sugar coat. I was a moron and left it sitting on a rack with rubber bottoms. Old school nitro paint has a bad reaction with the rubber, which happened to the bottom of this axe. In my opinion it isn't bad, and with a careful sanding and buff it could be completely fixed or at least made to look better. Also, I cracked the finish in a few spots when I set the bridge pins in and also the string ferrules. It's just finish cracks, not cracks in the wood.
The pickups are 'different'. I personally don't like them, but some people rave about them. The for sure are different than EMG's and Blackouts. The bridge pickup is SUPER hot. It's like having a boost on. The neck pickup reminds me of an EMG 60. It does cleans nicely and fuzz pedals seem to like it as well.
I can't put a price on this guitar. I have no idea what it would be worth. It sure is better than stock. Plays like a dream, likes the low tunings(I was using it in drop G# with 60's), and stays in tune better than anything I've ever used thanks to the tuners, nut, and saddles. But at the same time it is a bastardized axe. So I'll leave it up to you, make me an offer and we can go from there. Remember this is a CUSTOMIZED guitar by ME, so it is as-is. If you buy it and don't like what you get, tough luck.
P.S- No case included.
