Never gigged or toured, still in basically flawless condition as far as I can tell. The case has a crack in it but it seems to have done it's job protecting the guitar. I'll pack it as well as humanly possible and insurance is not optional.
Modifications (if any): EMG808 in bridge and 808x in neck
Accessories (hardshell case etc): Gator case, has a pretty good crack in it.
