Are you selling all of these so you can afford some major acoustic treatment?

I'm not sure of what treatment the control room will need.
I know that I will for sure buy a new set of monitors, but then I'll sell the Barefoots, so, it should cover the cost of new monitors, unless I buy the ATCs
