nope, that is $300-400 equivalent in USD because Peavey is an American company And

It is not my intention to sell it in the US.
But 450 € with all new tubes is a good price in Europe.

I wouldn't sell it for less than 400 €, I'd rather keep it as backup poweramp or keep it in a cupboard for the future.
