I really need the money. I bought Pro Tools 11 as an upgrade from M-Powered 8 so I'm not sure if I have to sell it to someone who needs an upgrade or if I can sell it to anyone. Does anyone know the answer to that?

I'm selling because I prefer mixing/editing in Reaper than in Pro Tools, so it just sits on my PC unused.
