FS: Schecter 007 Blackjack

Ok, let's do some math here...

Brand new Schecter C7 Blackjack from Musican's friend... $599 USD.
http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Schecter-C7-Blackjack-7String-Electric-Guitar?sku=513080

300 UK pounds = 614.67 US dollars
"Buy it now" price of 400 UK pounds = 819.56 US dollars
So why am I paying more for a 1 year old Schecter with a scratch on it?

The US dollar has really tanked over the last 6 months & it's not been reflected in the asking price. Nothing personal, dude!

They're way more expensive in the UK - I heavily doubt someone from the US/CAN would want to import that axe, or really any others from the UK, seeing that we get 'em cheaper over here.

Im looking to get 350 min for it, 400 if im lucky, DSS3 is right plus you cant get that body shape in 7 string form for love nor money.

If in dollas you can get it for $599 thats about £290 or something over here....I paid near £500, thats pounds which would be around $1000 right? So if I sold it for something that would be a respectable price in the states id not get £100 for it lol. In the UK the price is resonable.

Our currency is much stronger, hence it seems unreasonably high to you.

From the point of view of the manufacturers, they have to deal with trading in foreign currencies which are getting increasingly stronger against the US$ causing their profit margins to slip. They bring this back up by keeping the costs high for international purchasers, allowing them to concentrate on keeping the home market prices reasonable.
