Bright and aggressive sound, very high output. It comes with the sloped mounting ring. Plenty of length on the wire. The original screws and springs have been lost but I may be able to dig out some spares if they are needed.
There is some wear on the corner of the mounting ring, but its only on the surface and isn't really visable when its on a guitar:
