Yes that is correct, and the UAD-2 doesn't have it actually.

what plugins does it come with Brett?

It has no extra plugins than the ones you get when you buy (bought?) it new. You can't sell plugins you purchased later without losing the possibility to use them anymore, so its just the normal Express pak, so I believe it has: Nigel, Pultec, 1176 SE, RealVerb Pro, CS-1

I post here so anyone interested can have the info too.

Shipping to the US would be 22,50 € without any option (insurance, signature & stuff). Not sure what options are available or which one you would want but I don't think it will go over 25-30 €
