well its not so much as i got screwed as much as it is that i was given seriously bad info from them and it screwed me up this week.

my roommate had a huge falling-out with fleet over some shit involving them not properly attributing her deposits to her overdraft account and racking up hundreds of dollars in fees she wasn't supposed to incur (but was nevertheless forced to pay).
