Still don't really get the fuss about this band to be honest. All the local hardcore kids think this is the best band on earth for some reason, I just don't get the appeal personally. I don't really see how it sounds more heavy than most the other stuff thats out there currently either?

I don't get it either, they're probably one of the most average sounding metalcore bands out right now.

You can't see this band live and then not like them. I didn't really 'get' it until I saw them... now they're easily one of my favorites in the genre.

+1 Jeff - They have a lot of energy live, and don't have the typical "hardcore douchebag" attitude.

Probably because they aren't hardcore douchebags. They're legitimately really nice guys, very down to Earth and approachable. I sat talking to Vigil for about 15 minutes last month at The Glass House in Pomona before I realized it was him.
