i like their newest DVD the best, although my fav set list was yngwie on the denver one. ima yngwie nut. i love all the guitarist on all their DVD's and CD's. i started this thread 'cos everyone here rips at me for having slipknot in my sign. so there, now you can rip me for "overreacting" which i know you will. then youll tell me to chill...i know all your moves....anyway i love G3.

The new G3 dvd is pretty insane, although a think the jam at the end (though impressive) is really all a bunch of musical masturbation to cover songs. Other than that, I have no complaints with it. Each set on it's own is pretty damn awesome (especially Petrucci's).

I don't have the DVD, but i did see G3 live in NYC in 2001, which was the same lineup. t'was a good show.

I went to a G3 show in 2004 with Robert Fripp, Vai and Satch was a good show very enjoyable to watc but I was right next to the speaker at the front so my ears were ringing for days.

i hope G3 comes out with a DVD that includes their Rop Fripp stint. they've gone through just about every line up on their DVDs.
