G'day everyone.
I've been a long time lurker here so I thought I'd finally join such a great metal community. May as well go through the usual intro crap.
I'm an Aussie metal-er from Perth and been listening to metal for as long as I can remember. I listen to a lot of bands such as the classics (Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Sabbath etc) but primarily death and black metal (Nile, Marduk... you know the stuff). I try to get to gigs when I can, mostly for local bands such as Grotesque, Malignant Monster and The Furor. Most of the Aussies on these boards should know them. A bit hard though seeing as though I'm still underage for a few months and missing out on some great bands in the time until then but I have Immortal to look forward to in March.
I'm glad to be apart of such a great community and look forward to getting to know you all.
