The best Rocktron... Anything USA...
For a Preamp or Effects, or both?

Are all highly revered units... I've only heard the Prophesy, which I would like to get in the near future...
Pretty much in that order... for preamps.
I've played through an Intellifex. It's really good for the money, though I'd rather have a TC Electronics G-Major...
Just stay away from non-us stuff... the build quality and components are much cheaper.

Rocktron rules, but isn't made for everybodey. It has a special sound that some people like and ome don't.
I personally like digitech for it's bright sound and Zoom (I know, shoot me) for its heavy distortions.
